We’re happy to announce GOODBYE BABY has been accepted into the: Cinequest Film Festival, Newport Beach Film Festival, Vail Film Festival, Santa Cruz Film Festival & Avignon Film Festival!! We are proud to announce that our films GOODBYE BABY and THE PROJECT will both be holding their World Premieres at The 2008 SLAMDANCE INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL. Goodbye Baby (Jerry Adler, Kevin Corrigan, Michael Mosley, Alan Ruck, Ivan Sandomire,) introduces Christine Evangelista in her first starring role and marks the directorial debut for Writer/Director Daniel Schechter. Writer/Director Ryan Piotrowicz’s film THE PROJECT (Michael Stahl David, Matt Servitto, Juelz Santana, Jamie Proctor, Dante Clark) is one of ten films competing in the festival’s Feature Narrative Competition.

Tuesday, January 22nd at 8:30pm.
Wednesday, January 23rd at 3:00pm.

THE PROJECT SCREENINGS:

Monday, January 21st at 12:30pm.

THE BIG BAD SWIM will be screening at BAM in Brooklyn, NY on Tuesday, October 23rd (sorry for the late notice)! Check out our mention in the NY TIMES!!

Look for THE BIG BAD SWIM out on DVD! From director ISHAI SETTON and writer DANIEL SCHECHTER. The film has won many fests and recieved glowing reviews from Variety and the Hollywood Reporter (to name a few)… You can find the film at BLOCKBUSTER, NETFLIX, BEST BUY, AMAZON and others!

We had our official cast and crew screening last night at the Angelika theater in lower Manhattan. The screening went great and we really want to thank everyone who came out and made it a special night! More news to come soon…

So we know its been a long dang time, but we’re back.
Where have we been? EDITING, POLISHING, FINISHING and WORKING ON NEW PROJECTS!
We are currently beginning to screen in NY, LA and at festivals across the country and around the world so keep checking in for updates and a list of screenings!

Producer Tim Duff’s latest feature film “The Project” (from writer/director Ryan Piotrowicz) has began production in Manhattan and Brooklyn today. We wish them the best of luck and can’t wait to see some of the film!

We’re pleased to announce that ShoWest was a great success! Our screenings went over extremely well and we were able to discuss the film with many wonderful people. As expected, Christine Evangelista was a big hit and we were very proud to have her in attendance (thanks again for coming, Christine!). Thanks also to ShoWest again for the invite and we’ll have more upconming news re: festival premieres, cast updates and distribution in the near future. Stay tuned!

More “Good” news as Schechter’s previous film THE BIG BAD SWIM (which he wrote and produced) will officially be available on DVD late this Summer. Look for copies in Walmart, Blockbuster, Netflix, Amazon and more, August ‘07!
